After the presentation of the new generation of the BMW 4-Series Coupé, the first renders of the rest of the body variants in this range begin to appear. These recreations already use the final aesthetics that the new 4 Series Coupé unveiled and therefore are quite accurate and close to the final model.
Only a few days ago, BMW lifted the veil of the new generation of the BMW 4 Series. At the moment and as usual, the German brand has only presented the new 4 Series Coupe, the first of the body variants of the new range, to which the new 4 Series Cabrio and Series 4 Gran Coupé will soon join.
This latest series of recreations bring us closer to the possible appearance of the 4-door and tailgate variant, the BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe generation G26. Which as in the previous generation of the model, will be the interpretation of a 4-door sports sedan of the BMW 4 Series, with a slightly longer body and two additional doors.
These recreations are the work of Russian designer Nikita Chuiko and were originally published on the Kolesa website. As usual in the work of this designer, he has taken one of the first official images of the new BMW 4-Series Coupe as a base, to which he has simply stretched a little, added the second set of rear doors and stylized the rear until acquiring that silhouette so characteristic fastback. Hence, these renders have a very striking appearance and close to the final product.
As we can see, the interpretation of this designer keeps the design of the controversial front practically unchanged, including the huge kidney grille of the 4 Series Coupé, since these are the forms that are precisely intuited in the latest prototypes of sighted development of the model, including the huge front grill.

The 4-Series Gran Coupe G26 will arrive in 2021 and will feature a range consisting of supercharged 4- and 6-cylinder petrol and diesel engines with a single transmission option, the 8-ratio automatic transmission. In theory, the most powerful version will be the Gran Coupé M440i xDrive, with a 6-cylinder engine that delivers 374 hp and 500 Nm of maximum torque, since, despite the rumors that point to the arrival of an M4 Gran Coupé, that position will correspond to the future BMW i4, which has very similar characteristics.
